This detailed and precise design of the Bionic Hand will make your robotics projects even more impressive.

This product set is designed to provide a comprehensive education in robotic coding and servo motor control. Detailed information and instructions allow users to use the set effectively.

Bionic Hand Details:

  • Each finger is equipped with its own servo motor, which means they can be controlled individually.
  • For the thumb, 2 MG90S servo motors are integrated to provide extra power and flexibility.
  • The servo motors allow the fingers to move realistically, which allows your robot to perform a variety of tasks.

Arduino Uno:

  • Arduino is a computer system integrated on a microcontroller.
  • It offers an ideal platform for robotics and electronics applications.
  • The Arduino Uno model includes a microcontroller, digital pins, analog input pins and USB connection.

PCA9685 Servo Control Board:

  • The PCA9685 is a 16-channel PWM controller integration that communicates with microcontrollers or computers using the I2C communication protocol.
  • It is ideal for multiple control of servo motor and led drivers.
  • It is possible to control more than 16 servos using two PCA9685s.

Servo Motors:

  • Servo motors are motors that can be stopped at a specific position or moved to a specific angle.
  • Two different 180-degree servo motors were used in the trainer.
  • MG90S Servo motors have the advantages of low cost and light weight.
  • DS3225 Servo Motor is more powerful and has high cost.
  • The connections and working principles of servo motors are explained in detail.

Connection and Control with Arduino:

  • Direct connection and control of servo motors with Arduino is explained in detail.
  • Connection and coding steps with Arduino for controlling servos using PCA9685 are explained.
  • Addressing and coding arrangements for controlling more than 16 servos using two PCA9685s are explained.
